据凤凰卫视报道，俄罗斯与乌克兰8月22日继续互相攻击。    (ECNS) -- The 6th Qinghai-Xizang Plateau Development Forum opened on Tuesday in Haiyan County, Haibei Zang Autonomous Prefecture, northwest China’s Qinghai Province.    Co-hosted by the China Tibetology Research Center, leading academic institutions and local governments, the two-day event brought together nearly 50 senior officials and prominent scholars from major universities and research institutes.        Participants held in-depth discussions on promoting long-term stability and high-quality development across the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau under the framework of the Chinese path to modernization.    Key topics included protecting the region as a vital national ecological security barrier, improving local livelihoods, promoting high-quality population development, integrating the development of national parks with surrounding communities, advancing rural revitalization following ecological relocation, and fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.    The forum aims to provide practical, evidence-based policy recommendations to support sustainable and locally adapted modernization across the plateau.     (By Helen Mo, intern Lin Qiaochu)                    。乌方首次袭击俄罗斯第二大电商平台奥松公司的一座仓库，导致公司暂停运营。俄军同日派出无人机攻击敖德萨火车站，车站外墙玻璃窗严重损毁，站内一片凌乱。俄总统普京指责乌方为了试图破坏俄经济，“打开潘多拉魔盒”，俄方将予以报复性打击。“基辅政权企图破坏我们的经济，结果如何？它打开了潘多拉的魔盒。那么，就让你们（乌克兰）得到一个答案吧，（报复）打击将针对最敏感的经济部门，坦白说，这些部门已经岌岌可危。”
